There are many things we need to know before we can provide you with an accurate quote. Here are some of the key factors that will help us to give you a proper quotation.

For container transports the quotation is normally divided in 3 parts.
1. Collecting / packing / listing / stowing / transport to the port. .
2. Collecting prices for shipping with all the surcharges.
3. Collecting all fees for customs clearance / storage / delivery / unpacking / return of the container.

In order to give a correct offer, the following factors are important:
The volume of the cargo in m3 (Cubic Meters)
A list of the goods.
If the cargo is to be export packed or not.
House or apartment, how many floors, with or without elevator.
Heavy things which necessitate more than one man to carry.
Fragile or unusual items which need special care.
Is there any need for dismantling / mounting.
Access for a large lorry (10 m. long and 2.50 m. wide).
The distance between the lorry and the door should not normally exceed
15 m, otherwise we may need to use a shuttle van.
If you have any parking restrictions at either your present or your new
address, you will need to contact the local authorities to arrange for
parking permission outside your property .
It is important that the zip cods and addresses are correct and complete.
Anticipated date for collecting and delivery. To be agreed on between client and transporter.
The rates for sea freight normally apply for a certain date (one month).
